Constance Henry, NP

Constance Henry, AGPCNP-C, is a certified adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner at NEXXUS Level Primary Care, based in San Antonio, Texas. As a dedicated nurse practitioner, she is committed to delivering personalized care for patients ages 13 and up conveniently and comfortably from wherever you are.

Constance has over 15 years of nursing experience. She started her undergraduate studies at Career Point College here in San Antonio, before earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University in 2019. She then went on to earn her Master of Science from Walden University in 2021. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Nursing Science. 

Throughout her 15-year career, Constance has worked in a variety of clinical settings, including medical-surgical, family practice, and palliative care. In that time, she has proven that she is a highly qualified and compassionate provider capable of treating a diverse range of health needs.
