What should I expect during a primary care visit?

During a primary care appointment with NEXXUS Level Primary Care, you meet with Constance via a secure video link. She may inquire about your weight, assess your body mass index (BMI), and ask you to check your blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and other vital signs.

She completes a physical exam to assess your overall health and wellness. Constance also offers general wellness checkups for children age 12 and older.

She may prescribe lab orders for a urine test, blood tests, X-rays, ultrasounds, or other imaging procedures. Constance could recommend allergy and asthma testing, heart-function testing, or other diagnostic tests to diagnose a medical problem and treat it when necessary.
