What is telemedicine?

You and Constance see and hear each other over the video link, much as you would on a Zoom call or Skype. You can discuss your symptoms, and Constance has access to your medical records so she can see if you have any other health issues that may be relevant.

If you have a visible problem like a rash, Constance may want to see the area in detail or ask you to show her exactly where you're experiencing pain. She can also send you a prescription or advise you on what steps to take next.
